Loneliness and social isolation among older people is a serious public health concern and heightens the risk of mental and physical health issues such as heart disease, dementia and mobility issues. With an ageing demographic (1 in 4 people will be over 65 by 2041), and an overstretched health and social care system, the need to support the 85% of older people who live (and wish to remain living) at home in the community is greater than ever before.

Brendoncare offers an all-inclusive membership for older people, with unlimited access to our community services; • In person & online clubs with a range of health/wellbeing opportunities from exercise, special interest to dementia-friendly activities • Telephone support with information, advice & supported signposting • Digital coaching and support to access online services & clubs • Information events on health, wellbeing etc • Free access to those on means-tested benefits, carers & volunteers
