1 in 3 adults have poor mental health. Many people don’t know where to turn and face barriers to help because of the stigma of mental health, statutory services are overwhelmed. People from minoritized communities face additional barriers to accessing support. In Covid lockdown anxieties of many people increased due to pressures like health, bereavement, financial insecurity, family breakdowns, domestic violence. Social isolation and loneliness also challenge people's resilience and wellbeing.

By providing local information, support, education and services in an accessible, non-judgemental and friendly way. We listen to people, find ways to build their resilience, coping skills and knowledge about tools and networks to ensure people are not alone but have the information and communities of support they need. Our work combines therapeutic services, wellbeing choices, training and education to ensure that we can tailor choices and support to meet the needs of an individual or group.
