Society is fundamentally unequal, existing underlying health social & economic inequalities disproportionally affects young women & young mothers and are a major barrier to them fulfilling their potential to live a good life. This leads young women & young mothers to feel isolated, stressed & invisible, they are bullied, abused & exploited, they disengage with education & training and feel insecure about their futures with limited options available to them.

Through small group work & 1 to 1 support, we offer time, space & support for approx. 250 young women a year to explore their thoughts, feelings & experiences. Our safe & nurturing project gives young women the opportunity to talk & to think about themselves, their hopes & their futures. We will build confidence & self esteem, learn together by sharing knowledge & experiences, focus on strengths, solutions & strategies so they believe in their own ability to plan & move on with their own lives.
