Disabled children face many barriers when it comes to leisure and social opportunities due to their needs. In addition most of our users are financially deprived making it virtually impossible for their children to attend any summer programs due to the high cost involved. Lastly disabled children are the first to be deprived of basic needs such as proper nutrition etc. due to the difficulty involved, and this is especially hard in the summer when people are on holiday and there is less help.

Camp Horizons effectively solves the problem by virtue of it's existence. A residential summer camp created for children with a wide range of Special Needs, Camp Horizons 2022 will provides over 105 campers with disabilities with a fantastic summer experience. a 1:1 or 2:1 counselor to camper ratio, dedicated medical support staff, a fully inclusive program and tailored activities will all contribute to the success of Camp Horizons 2022. We do not turn away any child due to lack of funds.
