As a leading cultural organisation, RADA plays an essential part in developing a talent pipeline for the creative industries. Our tutors, who are leaders in their fields, are essential for sustaining the excellent standard of our training. Yet, sustaining this high standard of training is expensive and alongside RADA's financial challenges, makes investment into training difficult. However, investment in our people is vital to continue to inspire our students and nurture future creative leaders.

RADA needs to rebuild our finances following the pandemic. We must raise at least £1million a year to ensure our tutors can deliver comprehensive training. - Invest in our tutors, to ensure we can retain individuals with wide-ranging experience, backgrounds and expertise - Provide industry led training, by tutors who are leaders in their field - Open up opportunities for those under-represented in the industry and develop skills to push creative boundaries
