We are providing training and support to caregivers working at some of Ethiopia's pioneering health centres. Working in partnership, the project will give these caregivers the skills, resources and confidence to introduce music into the care of vulnerable adults and strengthen wider care practice.

There are many vulnerable people in Ethiopia whose care opportunities do not include access to the benefits of music. Care providers know this but need help to use music themselves in order to optimise their care.

We provide tailored training to caregivers working in care settings, giving them the confidence, resources and skills to embed music into the care they provide. Our approach to skill-sharing follows a three-stage approach (Introductory Training, Sustainability, Capacity Strengthening) so our partners can continue using music independently and ensure the legacy of our training is a lasting one.
