Our intervention will improve community safety by providing targeted support to young people aged 14-24 who are at high risk of being either victims or perpetrators of serious youth violence. A backdrop of urban poverty, deprivation and inequality, coupled with austerity affecting public services and the pandemic which has worsened a whole host of issues for young people, their academic attainment, mental and physical health and family life and finances mean that more young people are at risk.

By engaging at risk young people through detached outreach and targeted referrals from schools, PRUs and agencies such as YOTS and Early Help Teams. We provide a range of supporting services and positive developmental activities. We can signpost and refer to specialist services for issues such as housing advice, or benefits; we run in-house employment training in areas such as security, construction and hospitality; we provide hot meals and group conversation; 1:1 mentoring, sports, arts, meals.
