COP26 has brought the future of the planet to the forefront of minds across the globe. Despite how people feel about the outcomes of the Glasgow negotiations, appetite for government action on the climate and the natural world is greater now than ever before. Individuals and businesses have a part to play too, but it is critical that government at all levels does more, from Councils upwards. Pledges have been made. Politicians now need to keep up the momentum and match their words with action.

The Commitment gives people something simple and powerful to do. They describe their concerns about the climate and natural world, and they commit to voting with a healthy planet at the heart of their decision. We show politicians how much their voters want action, in the places where they are elected and at all levels of government from Councils upwards. Politicians are encouraged and motivated to do more. We are strictly non-aligned with any political party and we never tell people how to vote.
