Situation
There are very limited supported volunteering opportunities for people with a learning disability in Angus.
Solution
We provide person centred practical learning where people are supported to take on the role of customer service volunteers in our bookshop. People serve customers, learn to work with money and use a till and undertake all the roles required working in a retail environment.
