We are raising funds to open Winchester hospice next year. Support our Big Push to raise the last 400K to open ten inpatient beds, day, and community services. The hospice will be able to provide complex symptom control for people with life limiting diseases, and in patient/home end of life care.

There is currently no adult hospice in Winchester. To access inpatient hospice care or day services it can mean up to a 40 mile round trip for people with complex symptoms from life limiting diseases. For those at the end of their life whose preference is to remain close to, or at home, there is no hospice@home out of hours service. This results in unwanted and unnecessary admissions to an acute hospital where bed capacity is limited. Local services for local people.
