Our mission is to change the lives of young people by introducing them to golf. We want to encourage them to keep playing and developing the skills for life that the game teaches. This will not only change the lives of thousands of young people, but it will keep our game invigorated.

We break down the barriers to golf by changing perceptions of the sport through introducing the game in a fun, innovative and engaging way. We make golf more available and accessible to young people regardless of their background, gender or ability. With recent evidence linking golf and health, our activities provide a vehicle in which to help improve physical and mental health as well as opportunities to enhance social well-being.

We work closely with schools, community groups and clubs by providing adapted equipment, training workshops, resources, grants, competitions and support from our team of Regional Development Officers. Working with our network of over 450 golf clubs, over 400 School Games Organisers and 373 community groups in England alone, we aim to introduce golf to 500,000 children each year. From diversity to disability, we operate ten development initiatives that help young people to access the sport.
