Our vision is a world in which no child’s life chances are limited by their socio-economic background. We know education in this country isn't fair, and we know our tutoring programmes can support these young people to take their crucial next step in life. In the U.K, 28% of young people in state education are classed as disadvantaged. Only 48% of disadvantaged primary pupils achieve their English and maths SATs. Only 44% of disadvantaged secondary pupils achieve their GCSEs in English and maths

We provide focused English and maths intervention for the disadvantaged young people who need it most. To do this, we use high quality volunteer tutors to support primary and secondary pupils in small groups through weekly one hour tutoring sessions, guided by a structured and specially designed English and maths curriculum. Pupils ideally work with a tutor for a whole academic year, enabling them to build their subject knowledge, grow their confidence and improve study skills.
