Situation
Our teams continue to make an impact in reducing antisocial behaviour, increasing safety for women and girls, supporting young people and the wider school community, by a physical, visible presence that is providing safety, peace and a non judgmental listening ear for many in society.
Solution
Working collaboratively with key stakeholders in community development/transformation, to bring holistic support to all in need. Providing practical solutions, pastoral support, effective signposting and relationship building and advocacy at local and national level. We aim to find out the needs of the community and find people who can help bring real solutions to meet those needs. But to do this we train people to be out on the streets to build those bridges as a trusted voices at both ends.
