We are entirely volunteer led and welcome any person suffering with one or more of the 200 types of arthritis. As a peer group we have changed peoples lives by supporting them to cope with this life changing disease.

Situation
Arthritis is painful, immobilising and debilitating; this brings isolation, discrimination, depression and many sufferers have a lack of knowledge of their disease. There are 200 types of arthritis and many people suffer with more than one type. Some types are more serious than others and generally it is a poorly understood condition affecting millions of people in the UK. Most suffer in silence.
Solution
We provide a friendly, safe environment for people to meet over a cuppa, engage in activities, learn new skills and get support for managing their disease from fellow arthritis sufferers.
