One Degree's Holiday Mentoring Programme aims to extend our support of disadvantaged teenagers beyond our Saturday term-time support to holiday and half-term mentoring. This will involve a series of online and in person career workshops and personal development mentoring sessions.

More than 1 million young people (aged 16 to 24) are not in education, employment or training (NEET). That translates into one in seven, increasing by 2% annually. In financial terms, the resulting cost to London is £145 million.

One Degree aims to combat this problem through GCSE academic support followed by career and personal development mentoring.
