Funds are to cover the cost of fuel for volunteers using their own cars to transport patients to and from Darlington Memorial Hospital. The Service which is in its 23rd year is totally self funded and supports over 5,000 patients each year.

Solution
We are providing a free volunteer car service to needy patients attending Darlington Memorial Hospital. We have 16 volunteer drivers who work from 6am to 6pm each weekday.
