Situation
The availability of support for young people has dramatically decreased over the last decade with 760 youth centres closing due to funding cuts. Young people with complex needs and those from disadvantaged backgrounds are being hardest hit by rising inequality and loss of this support.

UK Youth is a leading national charity committed to improving young lives. We help young people to develop the skills and confidence they need to reach their full potential, regardless of their circumstances or background. We do this through our network of more than 5,500 local youth clubs and organisations across the UK. With our network we campaign to increase support and funding to reach more than 1.6million young people.
