Life is often quite hard for people with disabilities, wherever you live but if you are disabled in Tanzania life can be very very hard. Most people are poor, illiterate, have no means of earning an income, are unable to get around easily or at all, and at worst are shunned by their communities.

Just Wheels aims to give some hope to people with mobility issues in Tanzania by the provision of good quality, well fitted wheelchair with maintenance for 2 years, along with support to get an education, physiotherapy advice.and an opportunity to participate in actives for wheelchair users. Wheelchairs are made locally and we plan to build a wheelchair workshop and physiotherapy clinic.
