To bring the Town’s historic but unused Tithe Barn to the cultural and commercial life of the community, with a large scale children’s’ music theatre production of Britten’s Noah’s Flood and accompanying new commission. Use the project as a model for the localised management of this heritage asset.

New building developments are fragmenting the traditional community spirit with consequent local social tensions. In local education the transition from primary to secondary school within the area cluster is a particular problem for primary school leavers.
