This project is part of a larger campaign to eventually save 10,000 Iraqi children! Amidst the chaos of war, handicapped children with no family have been amongst the worst forgotten. We liase with qualified and efficient Iraqi charities which directly provide services to these diabled children. Each sponsorship costs £15 monthly, and we recommend a minimum of a 1 year commitment, to ensure some form of stability and improvement in the lives of these children. The forum has developed a mechanism whereby your sponsorship money will cover travel and medical expenses, although this is still not enough for the children to live a godd quality of life. For this reson ICF does not deduct any amount for administration expenses, and the whole of your sponsorship money will go to helping your child. We encourage positive contact between the children and their sponsors so that they feel that someone is looking after them even if they are far away!
