When our volunteers visit our wish children to talk about their wishes, we ask them to think about four types of wish – a wish to be someone, to meet someone, to go somewhere or to own something. From these ideas the children choose their top three in order of preference.

By sponsoring an indiviual wish you are helping us to grant more of the wishes as they come into the team here at Make-A-Wish. I Wish To Be could be a princess or a policeman, a zoo keeper or a truck driver. I Wish To Meet may be a pop star, their footballing hero or Mickey and Minnie. I Wish To Go could be a holiday or a special place; we even had a wish to go to an ice cream factory! I Wish to Have may be a lap top, home cinema system, a spa pool or sensory equipment.
