In the remote Indian border states of Manipur and elsewhere, HIV/AIDS clinics are scarce. This project will provide ARV therapy to many HIV+ migrants in Manipur State and Andhra Pradesh state who are dying because they are ineligible for access medical care in India.

Situation
This initiative will reduce the suffering of these HIV+ migrants living in Moreh and Andra Pradesh in most cases will prevent their early deaths.
Solution
A small medical clinic was established at Moreh, Manipur State, India in 2009 and we are also working with the FXB clinic in Vizak in Andra Pradesh. This provides high quality low cost HIV/AIDS medical care (including the supply of ARVs to 25 individuals) and related services specifically for these HIV+ migrants.
