The existing buildings are out-dated and do not cater for the present day community. This is an opprtunity to create an exciting centre which will become the hub of Jewish life in Birmingham and the West Midlands.It is propsed to sell off part of the existing site for residential redevelopment and utilise the proceeds towards the new centre. However there will not be sufficient funds for the whole project and funding is required for the shortfall. The two existing buildings will be combined in one building which will have many mult-purpose areas to save on building costs.
