The Homes were opened in 1948 to provide quality Homes for ddisabled ex service men and women returning from World War Two and their dependents As 44 of the Homes are now 60 years old We have to bring them up to date by refurbishing them, new electric Metre Boards, some new boilers,and long term solar heating
