Situation
As Adoption UK's first ever charity event, this is a very exciting project and oppourtunity for Adoption UK the evening will consist of reception drinks, a three course meal and a charity auction. All proceeds will go to Adoption UK to enable us to support more families and children that need our help via our support services and networks. The evening is to be held at Ettington Chase Venue in Warwickshire on Saturday the 18th of September and we are currently appealing for companies that may like to sponsor all or part of the event or supply auction items. We have capacity for 180 guests on the night and over night accomodation is available, our costs are based 120 people attending the event. Costs: Venue Hire £3000 (this includes drinks on arrival and a three course meal) Room Decoration £1200 Advertising and Publicity £1500 Invitations £460 Goody Bags £450 Entertainment £250 Special Guests £500 Staff £500 Total Cost £8253 with 5% contingency
