The total idea is to have a complete training programme for both dogs and their blind owners. This will have to be a residential centre and will need about 50 acres of land and a building in the region of 2m.

Situation
In this 'complex' we will have rooms for the blind students, kennels for the dogs. Hospital block for the dogs, free run areas, separate areas for those dogs that have not been neutered to help us keep a sound breeding line. There will be a number of small business based in the complex to help with the income of the charity, as well as restaurant and cafe for the students, staff and public alike. A fundraising shop, along with fundraising facilities. Like an education suite for children and adults alike who wish to visit and learn about blindness and guide dog work. We also have an outreach programme where we go out and speak to community groups about such issues. This is it in a nutshell.
