In celebration of caring for the people of Lanarkshire we are committed to improving the fabric of the Hospice building to help sustain the level of care for a further 25 years & beyond. Also to purchase new and advanced equipment for the benefit of our patients suffering life-limiting illnesses.

Situation
This is an ongoing challenge ! It is the desire of St Andrew's Hospice to maintain and improve our Hospice building together with the services we provide on a continuing basis. The fact that we have to fund-raise approx. £ 44,000 per week to meet the running costs to maintain these vital services is itself a problem ! Our Fundraising Team accept that to meet the additional task of finding further funds for Capital Expenditure is indeed a further challenge to be tackled.
Solution
The project to celebrate our 25 years of caring for the people of Lanarkshire will be aimed at our supporters both old and new and we will encourage the Business Community, Organisations, Schools and Individuals to help us celebrate 25 years of caring. We will ask them to help to secure our future by participating or organising various events with a " 25 " theme. We will issue a suggested programme of events with this theme which we hope they will support.
