As the world's future leaders, youth of today will be deeply affected by the challenges of sustainable development; however, education systems are lagging far behind in equipping young people with the skills and knowledge they need to be resilient, global citizens. What's more, youth from disadvantaged communities are most often excluded from attending extra-carricular programmes because they cannot afford it.

The Routes to Resilience Sygnature Award In Sustainability Leadership is a year-long programme designed to give youth a head start at thinking for the future. The Sygnature Award combines the academic rigour of formal, accredited education with practical application. With this powerful combination, we are developing tomorrow’s leaders with the intrinsic capacity to imagine, explore & take action for a sustainable future. Donors have the opportunity to sponsor disadvantaged students to attend.
