We inspire and empower 14-19 year old girls from the least advantaged communities, by building their confidence, self-esteem and aspirations through 121 mentoring and access to a network of role models and through delivering workshops on life skills and providing access to new opportunities.

Many of the girls we work with don’t believe they can have high-status careers or achieve their ambitions, and may have only been exposed to narrow, stereotypical experiences of work. These girls face a double-disadvantage – gender inequality exacerbated by poverty. The ‘glass ceiling’ and ‘class ceiling’ hold them back, dramatically affecting their long-term prospects. The Covid-19 pandemic has further reduced the life chances of girls and young women living in areas of least advantage.
We deliver a 12 month mentoring programme and offer life-long access to our Ambassador Community, through which we connect 14-19 year olds to a network of professional female role models, along with workshops, skills development opportunities and new experiences. We inspire and empower girls and young women to build their confidence and self-esteem and to develop a sense of agency. We nurture their ambitions, celebrate their achievements and encourage them to create limitless futures.
