Providing a voice for nature has never been more imperative. The future of wholly inclusive environmental action is dependent on stories being told by a diverse range of authentic voices. A lack of ethnic and socio-economic diversity remains a key issue within the Natural History industry with barriers to entry exacerbated by COVID. It is essential that emerging talent are supported, nurtured and provided with resources to ensure they become the next generation of natural world storytellers.

To increase industry accessibility Wildscreen plans to thoroughly support emerging talent. This will be developed through listening to and empowering future industry leaders. We will produce both affordable and free masterclasses, training and mentorship programmes. We are also developing our Wildscreen Network Emerging Talent membership to provide access to exclusive content and networking opportunities. These accessible resources will help build skills and assist with portfolio-building.
