The impact of domestic abuse is long lasting. Our clients have separated from their abuser but continue to feel the detrimental outcomes of the relationship, from ill mental health and complex PTSD to poor finances and the challenges of parenting traumatised children while still traumatised.

We support & connect women, walking alongside them to ensure they have every opportunity for growth and success. We advocate for them when their own emotional strength is waning, facilitate the Own My Life course to support their understanding of the abuse they endured, reducing the risk of future abusive relationships and offer opportunities to train and upskill themselves to increase employability and sustainable growth personally & professionally. 1:1 and group support is available.
