We’re continuing our tradition of critically acclaimed new work at Christmas and going somewhere new, bringing you a festive tale of friendship and migration set at the Woolworth’s Oxford Cowley branch staff Christmas party in 1999, from an award-winning playwright and South Asian led creative team.

The BBC recently found more than a 31% drop in new UK shows since 2014, and our stages and audiences still don’t reflect the true range of voices, stories, and cultures in modern Britain. We need your help to tackle this lack of representation and access head on giving people facing economic, cultural, and social barriers the chance to experience and create theatre, and a diversity of artists at every stage of their career the support they need to develop and share their craft.

Help fund this year’s Christmas production and community outreach and events including creative workshops, Q&As, panel discussions, and an open gallery exhibition, games night, community dinner, and poetry event to celebrate cultural diversity, heritage, and memory throughout December. Your donations will help us make more bold, high-quality new theatre from diverse voices, keep ticket prices low, and pay for free tickets for our partners like homelessness charity Crisis.
