Help raise vital funds to support young people aged 5 – 17, caring for loved ones. This responsibility can deeply affect their mental health and wellbeing, as they juggle school and caring duties. Your support helps lighten their load, providing joy and connection with others who understand.

The Carers’ Centre supports nearly 1,000 young carers in Bath and North East Somerset; almost 2,000 more remain unidentified. These children care for someone with a long-term condition, disability, mental illness or addiction, resulting in their own mental health and wellbeing challenges. We offer free year-round activities, wellbeing groups, Needs Assessments, tailored support and our Young Carers Council to help them connect, build skills and feel more in control.

Together, we can lift the weight young carers carry, gifting them moments to breathe, connect and simply be children first. The Carers’ Centre can provide young carers with fun, inclusive group activities, a wide range of wellbeing activities and support; and a safe space where young people can work with us to create a bespoke action plan to meet their needs.
