An estimated 100,000 people in the UK who could benefit from palliative care die without receiving it each year. Demand for this expert care continues to rise as people live longer, and with increasingly complex needs. The chances are that you know, or will know, someone who has received hospice care, whether as a patient, friend, or family member. Help us be there for more people who deserve the dignity of choice at the end of life.
Birmingham Hospice provides specialist palliative and end of life care for people living with a terminal illness. At the/our hospice sites in Selly Park and Erdington, and in the community, care can include 24-hour care in our Inpatient Units, support at home, day services, counselling, wellbeing, pharmacy and therapies. We believe that anyone with a terminal diagnosis deserves to live well and make the very most of the time that remains. Birmingham Hospice is the primary provider.
