In Palestine, war, violence, displacement, hunger & a lack of opportunities have left a generation of children traumatised, angry & without hope. We will work with our partners to provide trauma support and education to children in Gaza and arts based learning & creative expression on the West Bank.

In Gaza since October 7 2023: over 17,000 children have been killed- 1,000,000 children are acutely traumatised and need mental health support- 658,000 children have no access to education - 88% of school buildings have been destroyed or need to be rebuilt- 100% of children face acute food shortages and most have been displaced multiple times. On the West Bank wide spread poverty, land confiscations, settler & military violence and arbitrary detentions have left a generation without hope.
We will work with our partners on the ground to deliver: * trauma therapy and trauma support to 2,500 children through DSPR who have 15 year's experience in providing these services in Gaza * education for 150 children in tents in Al Mawasi Gaza through a new tent school initiative * dance, theatre, photography, music and circus skills training to children and young people on the West Bank providing creative ways to express themselves and constructive ways to channel their anger & frustration.
