For the last 50 years WAL has played a vital role in supporting female domestic abuse victims and children. Our services include a helpline, community outreach, refuge provision and resettlement support. We deploy intervention strategies by working with schools to raise awareness of domestic abuse. Our services contribute to creating a safer, more compassionate community – working with women and children from a diverse range of socio-economic, religious, and cultural backgrounds.
