With over 16 years’ experience in Uganda, we have built a model of support which protects the most vulnerable through free education, child protection and income generation. We’re raising funds to scale our impact, reaching more children in Uganda and expanding our support into Kenya and Tanzania.

Almost half of the population of East Africa live in extreme poverty. Millions of children face harm, abuse, and abandonment. Teenage pregnancy impacts almost a third of girls, and child marriage rates have surged in the last 5 years. High unemployment, projected to exceed 10 million by 2025, forces many families to survive on a single meal daily, intensifying widespread food insecurity and undernourishment. Limited access to education and skills training perpetuates this cycle of poverty.
Our mission is to transform children’s lives, empower communities, and reduce poverty throughout East Africa's slum communities. We are community-led and community-driven, responding to the needs of communities in a sustainable way. We take a holistic approach, ensuring children and families’ basic needs (food, safety) are met so they are able to fully engage with and benefit from education and skills development - to bring about long-term sustainable changes, moving from surviving to thriving.
