As the cost-of-living crisis continues, a third of London's children are now living in poverty. They face a bleak Christmas and little hope for a 'prosperous' New Year, struggling instead with constant hunger, sub-standard accommodation and limited access to play or sport. For the 700,000 children who live in poverty, a healthy, happy and safe childhood is just a dream. We're here to make it a reality.
Solution
We're delivering 88 projects to support over 200,000 children through our 'Prepared for Life' programme, working with grassroot charity partners across London to provide hot and nutritious meals, educational programmes in warm and safe spaces, social and physical activities, mental health support, and much more.
