Local energy initiatives are key to the transformation of the UK’s energy system. Hundreds of councils & community organisations have declared climate emergencies but find it hard to know where to begin planning and taking action. CSE provides support to empower communities to take impactful action.

CSE brings people together to transform the energy system and tackle the climate emergency, building understanding & commitment to change. We understand that it’s complex for communities to work out how to get to net zero. Our tools and resources help community organisations meet this challenge and design effective ways to engage people, cut carbon emissions & reduce fuel poverty. Through advice, workshops and training we inspire local groups to implement action to change behaviours and mindsets
