  • Fifteen offers a college qualification and on-the-job learning to young people who are in need of a break in life. As an internationally renowned project, Fifteen aims to ‚Äòreengage the disengaged‚Äô by giving unemployed people a new career opportunity; the majority of the recruits have faced challenging obstacles and are in need of a fresh start. They‚Äôre integrated into a professional operation and work alongside a team of 25 professional chefs and a dedicated team of five programme supporters.

Fifteen offers something very special: a trade which Jamie has made cool, a new sense of purpose and positive social networks. Today, in Britain, there are 874,000 young people not in education, training or employment; Fifteen offers a chance for young people to believe in themselves. Although our intake tailored to 18 people per year, we also operate an outreach programme that works with an average of 3,500 people annually.
